1.1 PawStrong offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible PawStrong food products to allow Customers to try our products with confidence.
1.2 The money-back guarantee applies to one product only per household, and only one claim may be made per household, regardless of the number of PawStrong products purchased.
1.3 This offer applies only to PawStrong food products purchased directly from PawStrong, including purchases made:

via the PawStrong website at www.pawstrong.com,

by telephone order, or
-
in person at PawStrong exhibition stands or events.
1.4 The guarantee does not apply to products purchased from third-party retailers, distributors, or online marketplaces, including supplements or any PawStrong products purchased from websites other than www.pawstrong.com.
1.5 To make a valid claim, the Customer must:

complete the PawStrong money-back guarantee claim form in full, and

return the empty product packaging to PawStrong by post.
1.6 Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt. PawStrong accepts no responsibility for claim forms or packaging lost in transit.
1.7 Claims must be received by PawStrong within 31 days of the original purchase date. Claims received after this period will not be accepted.
1.8 Subject to these Terms and Conditions being met, PawStrong will refund the delivered purchase price of the product only. Any additional costs, including but not limited to postage, return shipping, or handling charges, are non-refundable.
1.9 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by PawStrong.
1.10 This money-back guarantee does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1.11 PawStrong reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or where abuse of the offer is reasonably suspected.
1.12 PawStrong reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the 30-day money-back guarantee and these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any claims submitted before such changes will be assessed under the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase.
